Eternal Twilight is a custom set by Flatfish. Arkhos is a dreamlike world, where dreams and thoughts collide with reality thanks to the Frozen Sun. Nearly all inhabitants of the plane live in symbiosis with the immaterial beings, only the planeswalker Dogun and his soldiers want to smite all irrational off this dark world.
