Vannifar shouldn't be a Simic card. She sacrifices creatures to bring new ones out. This is green, yes, but not blue at all. She's more Golgari than Simic, with sacrificing things to make more powerful things. Plus, this would synergize with dredge, scavenge, and undergrowth, but not with a single Simic mechanic besides maybe graft. Imakecardstoo.
