Accelerate Time

Enchant creature
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on enchanted creature. If the enchanted creature has 4 or more -1/-1 counters on it, destroy it. If the enchanted creature was destroyed that way, enchant target creature with Accelerate Time without paying its mana cost.
