Aether Depletion

Aether Depletion enters the battlefield with ten charge counters on it.
Creature spells with converted mana cost greater than the number of charge counters on Aether Depletion can't be cast.
Whenever a creature spell is cast, remove a number of charge counters equal to its converted mana cost from Aether Depletion.
