Against the Flow of Time

As Against the Flow of Time enters the battlefield, put X temporal counters on it.
Whenever a player casts a spell, exile it with X time counters on it, where X is the number of temporal counters on Against the Flow of Time. If the spell doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
The tide of Time is inexorable. The more you fight, the faster it slips through your fingers.
