You may cast target card in an opponent's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If a player lost the game this game, you may instead choose a card that player owned and cast a copy of it without paying its mana cost, if a non-token permanents would be put onto the battlefield this way, create a token that is a copy of that permanent instead.
