Alex, Glistening Agent

Whenever Alex, Glistening Agent, deals combat damage to
a player, place an oil counter on a land they control. If a player uses a land with an oil counter to cast a creature spell, move 1 oil counter to that creature. When that creature dies, put it under your control except it’s a phyrexian in addition to its other types. Exile it when it dies.

Remove an oil counter from a land you don’t control: draw
a card.
