Animax, Life's Legacy enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters
Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, its controller may pay X minus the amount of +1/+1 counters on Animax, where X is that cards converted mana cost. If that player does, they create a token copy of that creature.
