+1: Target player reveals their hand. Look at the top card of that player’s library. You may put that card on the bottom of that player’s library.
-3: Choose a card name. Search target opponent’s graveyard and library for up to four cards with that name and exile them. That player shuffles.
-5: You get an emblem with "Creatures your opponents control get -1/-1. Noncreature spells your opponents cast cost (1) more to cast."
