Archibald’s Hunter
When it enters, add a counter to another permanent. It enters with Electricity counters equal to the difference in lands between you
and an opponent. Whenever it attacks, gain an Electricity counter. If all your lands are
“Yahar’gul” and it survives combat, put a
+1/+1 counter on it.
{t}, {b}: Deal 1 damage to any target X times, where X is its Electricity counters, then
remove them. You may change targets.
