Assault Hellkite

Whenever Assault Hellkite attacks, you may pay {4}{r}{r}. If you do, destroy target land. If you dont, assault hellkite deals 2 damage to target creature.
Assault Hellkites can be used to demolish almost anything. It's a shame they're so hard to find these days.
