Assemble the Pantheon

Exile all legendary enchantments you own and all legendary God creatures you own. If you own eight or more God cards in exile, return all permanent cards from your graveyard to the battlefield, then put any number of permanent cards from your hand onto the battlefield. If you own twenty-three or more God cards in exile, you win the game. Return all cards exiled this way to the battlefield.
