Whenever Augur of Ebrietas enters the
battlefield or you draw your second card each
turn, you get a quicksilver counter.
Visceral — {t}, Remove a quicksilver counter
from yourself: Untap target creature you control,
it gets +X/+0 until end of turn where X is the
number of cards you've drawn this turn. Then
that creature attacks an opponent and must be
blocked this combat if able.
