At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may pay {1}. If they do, put a crime counter on Back-Alley Breeder and that player creates a 1/1 red Hound Mutant creature token with haste.
{2}{r}{r}: Create a 4/3 red Hound Dragon creature token with flying. Activate this ability only if Back-Alley Breeder has 4 or more crime counters on it.
