Counters remain on Balalala as it moved to any zone other than hands and libraries.
Whenever another Sheep you control dies, put a wool counter on Balalala and scry 1.
Remove three wool counters from Balalala: Return Balalala from your graveyard or from exile to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it.
