Battlemage's Ascension

At the end of each opponent's turn, if you cast a spell this turn, you may put or remove a quest counter on Battlemage's Ascension.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, if it has an equal mana cost to the number of quest counters on Battlemage's Ascension, counter that spell instead.
