Choose target permanent you don't control.
You and its controller secretly choose a number. Simultaneously reveal this number to each other. Whoever reveals the higher number gains control of the chosen permanent, then loses life equal to the number revealed. If the numbers are the same, both players lose life equal to the number and the permanent is exiled.
