Brok, Reckless Ruler

Whenever Brok deals combat damage to a player, choose a permanent that player controls at random, then flip a coin. If you
win the flip, gain control of that permanent. Otherwise, destroy that permanent.
Brok shares many mannerisms with destructive toddlers. For example, if he can't
have it, then nobody can.
