Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control
that's attacking you.

In a galaxy replete with mysteries, the Cadian Pylons were amongst the most enduring. There were over five thousand such edifices scattered across the surface of Cadia, each one standing some five hundred metres above the surface, and reaching two hundred and fifty metres below.
