When Cali, Thread of Midnight enters the battlefield, exile target creature you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on the exiled creature. When Cali,
Thread of Midnight leaves the battlefield,
return the exiled creature to the battlefield untapped with +1/+1 counters on it equal to
the number of time counters on it.
