Cat's heaven

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice a Cat creature token you control and put
a "meow" counter on Cat's heaven. Then create a 1/1 white Cat creature token for each "meow" counter on Cat's heaven plus one.
Cats creature you control have flying as long as you control nine or more Cats creature token.
They say that cats live 9 times. They seem to live waiting for their 9th life to come.
