The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library. Then you may take a bong hit. If you don’t, that player reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a nonland permanent. That player then puts that permanent onto the battlefield. That player puts the rest of those cards
on the bottom of their library in a random order.
