Chaotic Conversion

Counter target spell. If you do, that spell's controller reveals cards from the top of his or her library until he or she reveals a card that shares a card type with the countered spell. That player casts that spell without paying its mana cost.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Except when it doesn't.
