+2: Look at the bottom card of your library. You may put that card on top of your library. If you don't, you may shuffle your library.
-2: Look at target player's hand and choose a card from it. That player reveals the card, puts it on the bottom of their library, then draws a card.
-4: Gain control of target creature or planeswalker. Untap it.
