Circu's Mindsplitter

If a player would draw a card, that player puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard instead.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player exiles half of their graveyard at random rounded up, then chooses a card in their graveyard. That player returns that card to his or her hand.
