Cleansing Roil

Cleansing Roil enters the battlefield with X cleanse counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a cleanse counter onto Cleansing Roil.
When Cleansing Roil has eight or more cleanse counters on it, sacrifice it. If you do, destroy all non-land permanents, then create an X/X blue and red Elemental creature token with flying and haste.
