When Cloud Drinker enters the battlefield you may return target land, sorcery, instant or enchantment card from your graveyard and then play that card without paying it's mana cost, the next time that card would enter the graveyard exile it instead.
They drift through the sky feeding and drinking and singing of times long forgotten.
