Coalition Charm

Coalition Charm costs one mana less for each multicolored permanent you control.
Choose one- You gain 7 life, draw a card and target player loses life equal to the number of cards in your hand, or Coalition Charm deals 4 damage to target creature and another target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn.
