Collective Ascension

Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for
the rest of the game.)
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life. If you
have the city's blessing, each opponent
loses 1 life and you gain that much life
instead.
