+4: Copy all counters onto The Scroll. Then remove any amount of counters from The Scroll and distribute them among X or less permanents.
-2: Create a The Scroll token with "You have no maximum hand size" in exile. It can't be removed from the game.
-8: Exchange your hand with your deck. You get an emblem with "You cannot draw cards".
