when Compressed enters exile target creature, put four compress counters on the exiled card, when there are no compress counters on a card exiled by Compress put it into the battlefied under your control.

at the beginning of your upkeep, remove a compress counter from each card with a compress counter on it.

{t},{2}{u}, remove a compress counter from a card exiled with Compressed.
{t},{5}{u}{u}, exile target creature, put six compress counter on the exiled card.
