Control Soul

Enchant permanent card in exile.
When Control Soul enters the battlefield, if it's
on the battlefield, it loses "enchant permanent
card in exile" and gains "enchant permanent put
onto the battlefield with Control Soul." Return enchanted permanent card to the battlefield
under your control and attach Control Soul to it.
When Control Soul leaves the battlefield, that permanent's controller exiles it.
