At the beginning of enchanted players upkeep, that player chooses target creature he or she controls. That creature becomes a copy of this enchantment enchanted on its controller.
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, that player may pay 4 life. If he or she does, creatures he or she controls can't be chosen until end of turn.
