For each creature exiled this way, its controller creates a red Tibalt planeswalker token with "+1: Draw a card, then discard a card at random, -4: This card deals damage to target player equal to the number of card in their hand and -6: Gain control of all creatures until the end of turn. Untap them.
They gain haste."
The 'planeswalker rule' does not apply for the rest of the game.
