When Dadmonish Shark enters the battlefield, you may return target Merfolk creature from your Graveyard to the battlefield treated as an Equipment, then equip it to Dadmonish Shark. It gains Power equal to the original Power of the Merfolk.
His dad always watches over him. The jaw, at least.
