Dark Doctoring can't be countered.
When Dark Doctoring resolves, each opponent may exile a creature card from his or her graveyard.
Exile target creature card from a graveyard. At the beginning of the next end step, return that creature from exile to the battlefield under your control with a -1/-1 counter on it. That creature gains hexproof.
