Dave, Destiny Manifest

When Dave enters, manifest dread.

Whenever a manifested creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may turn that creature face-up. If it's an instant or sorcery, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. (Then it goes to the graveyard.)
