Death By Burning

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature cannot attack or block and its activated abilities cannot be activated. Each upkeep,
put two -1/-1 counters on enchanted creature, and that creatures controller loses 2 life. When enchanted creature dies, return Death by Burning to it's owners hand.
