Deathly Distraction

When Deathly Distraction enters the battlefield each player takes half of their library rounded down and forms a second library with
the cards taken. Whenever a player draws a card they draw a card from both libraries. At the beginning of each players upkeep that player returns a card of their choice from their graveyard to their hand. Each players hand size
is 2. Whenever a card is discarded it is put into exile instead of it's owners graveyard. When Deathly Distraction leaves the battlefield exile it.
