Decaying mass
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a
-1/-1 counter on each creature.
When a creature dies, put a +1/+1 counter
on Decaying mass.
When Decaying mass has one or more
+1/+1 counter on it, it gains
indestructible and shroud.
