Discrimination

When Discrimination enters the battlefield, choose two creature types; one for yourself, and one for your opponents.
If the number of creatures with the selected type you control is greater than the number of creatures with the selected type that each of your opponent controls, then:
Choose one:
• all creature spells of that type cost {1} more for your opponent(s) to cast
• when a creature spell of that type that your opponent controls enters the battlefield, place a -1/-1 counter on that creature
