Distracting Thought

When Distracting Thought enters the battlefield, each opponent may search their library for a card put it into their hand, and shuffle their library. Then, for each opponent, name three cards.
Cards named by Distracting Thought can't be played unless they are basic lands.
Whenever Distracting Thought is the target of a spell or ability, discard a card at random or sacrifice it.
