Divine Heritage: When Divine Dragon enters the battlefield return target creature from your
graveyard to the battlefield with a dragon blood counter on it. Whenever a creature with a dragon blood counter on it dies, return it to the battlefield with a dragons blood counter on it. Dragon blood counters do not go away when a creature dies.
Dragon Rot: Other creatures gets -1/-1 for each dragon blood counter on the battlefield.
