Druid's Legacy

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if they control the fewest number of lands or
are tied for the fewest number of lands, they gain control of Druid's legacy.
{t}: Search your library for a basic land card
and put that card onto the battlefield tapped.
Then shuffle your library.
