When Embedded Specter enters the battlefield, put a haunt counter on up to one target nonbasic land an opponent controls.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Embedded Specter is in your graveyard, you may pay 2 life and choose a land you don't control with a haunt counter on it. If you do, that land's controller sacrifices it and you return Embedded Specter to the battlefield.
