When Empire's Propagandist enters the battlefield, return target creature to its owner's hand. You gain life equal to that creature's converted mana cost.
The vast majority of imperial citizens know little of the perils facing them, kept in a state of ignorant contentment and fed only pious lies about the Empire's dominance across the continent. Thus are most rebellions quashed before they even begin.
