Empty Skywatch Tower

As long as Empty Skywatch Tower is on the battlefield, its converted mana cost is 12.
Once housed in dozens of grand towers, the Skywatch Initiative was disbanded hundreds of years ago. The Initiative was used to keep watch for the Metaton Drakes, spawn of The Metamorph himself. The Metamorph has since departed from Tomra, taking his drakes with him.
