Enchant target Forest or target nonenchantment, nontoken Faerie permanent you control.
If an artifact or enchantment enters the
battlefield under another player's control and enchanted permanent is untapped, tap it and
create a green Faerie enchantment token with "Sacrifice this permanent: Add {g}{g}." It doesn't
untap as normal during its controller's next
untap step.
