When you pend 10 minutes with this item in a open space that is at least 10'x15'x10' this becomes a small hut with the same dimensions.
If you spend 10 minutes at the door of the hut, the hut shrinks back down, holding all items inside it. At First Escan's Magic Hut contains one bed and a 2'x1'x1' chest.
