Essence Tracker

When Essence Tracker enters the battlefield, you may cast any card from exile until the end of your next turn. You may
spend mana as thought it were mana of any colour to cast it.
If you cast a card an opponent owns this
way, that player shuffles it into their library instead of putting it into their graveyard.
